Additional Teachers:

The adventure started in 2004. I loved the way yoga made me feel: greater awareness in my body and easier access to the joy inside. When I took my first class with Kerri Morinaga, I knew that it would be a part of me forever. Yoga makes my life worth living and more meaningful.

Yoga teaches me again and again that my Highest Self is beyond moments of self-doubt, fear or sorrow. It reminds me that I am not alone, and that we are all on the path of overcoming suffering and find lasting peace. I strive to uplift each student in every pose, whether it's "basic", "advanced", or something in between.

My training includes 200 Hours Anusara Teacher Training, 12 Hour Anusura Yoga for Pregnancy Teacher Training, Yoga Therapy, Level 1 at Loyola Marymount University, and 300 Hour Anusara Teacher Training.

Discovered yoga in 2005 while teaching English in Morocco. Three women gathered twice a week to learn the Ashtanga Primary Series literally from the ground up. She still remembers stepping on the mat for the first time and having her whole life change. As someone who has always loved to move her body, Jessica went from simply seeing the physical benefits of activity, to having a much richer relationship to her being.

After years of being a practitioner, Jessica completed her 200-hr training through Yoga Tree in San Francisco, studying with Danni Pomplun, Brenna Geehan, Darrin Main and Susannah Freedman. Jessica loves sharing the practice with others, and her classes lend themselves to incorporating elements of Bhakti yoga- the yoga of devotion- focusing on cultivating a spirit of unconditional love through asana, chanting and breathwork.

Sabrina Rose began her yoga journey in 2017 in Greensboro, North Carolina. At the time, she was in rigorous and competitive psychology Ph.D. program and was primarily looking to improve her strength and flexibility. After here first yoga class, she was blown away by the profound sense of inner peace she experienced. Logically, she couldn't explain why her "problems" felt so much smaller after practicing. She never looked back and dove in head first, taking classes 6 to 7 days a week at every yoga studio in her small home town.
One year later, she decided to obtain her 200 hr YTT with her mentor, Chloe Nickles of Lotus Yoga Academy (Winston-Salem, North Carolina). She studied all types of yoga but with a special emphasis on Ashtanga Yoga. For the next 3 years, Sabrina honed her Ashtanga home practice and taught at a variety of different yoga studios and gyms.
In August of 2021, Sabrina then traveled to Greece to obtain her 500 hour certification with Yoga Skyros Academy. Here, the focus was on Hatha yoga, with special emphasis on chakra healing, adjustments, chanting, and the spiritual aspects of yoga.
Upon returning to the states, Sabrina decided she had learned all she could form the small yoga community in North Carolina and relocated to Los Angeles in September to start a new life.
Students can expect to leave Sabrina's class with a sense of inner peach and physical power. Sabrina loves teaching yoga because she knows how truly life changing the practice is and knows it is her life's mission to impart this gift to others.
